Slovanet rolled out and launched the new Slovanet business website in April. The website underwent a complete redesign to modernise the page in terms of structure, design and content.

Slovanet launched full sales and service establishment activities using updated and faster VDSL technology within an expansion of its rental line connection options.
Bezpečné školy (Safe Schools) ProjectSlovanet kicked off the Safe Schools pilot project for primary schools in which the winning schools received comprehensive security for their virtual space and physical premises, thereby becoming the first truly safe schools in Slovakia.

Slovanet launched the new security:LINK service primarily intended for large development projects integrating an intelligent camera system, VoIP video concierge service and electronically controlled access to individual zones in buildings.

Change in shareholder structure
Assecco Central Europe sold its entire ownership interest to SNET, which became the exclusive owner of Slovanet.

Slovanet established Internet service for 65 communities in central and eastern Slovakia in the Rural Internet project.

Slovanet created the new x:OFFICE product line specifically for small businesses and offices. This service includes Internet service, free-of-charge calling in the operator's network, security services and other accessories.
Hurican online assistantSlovanet rolled out the Hurican online assistant service, a professional remote assistance, help desk, consultancy and hardware service for PCs, notebooks, tablets and smart phones.

Zelená vlna
RTVS and Slovanet rolled out the new and free-of-charge Zelená vlna (Green wave) mobile application providing professional traffic news from RTVS to mobile devices.

Slovanet defended its Gold Partnership with ESET in 2014 and also received the ITAPA Award thanks to its project to modernise IT systems in the city of Skalica.
VYIP discount systemSlovanet kicked off a unique discount system with the InterStore online store using discounts that are IP address dependent.

Slovanet acquired the PO-MA cable television network in Banská Štiavnica and assumed all customer care activities.
