| He studied at Slovak University of Technology in Bratislava and has held executive positions over the course of his Professional career in sales oriented positions in numerous software and telecommunications companies and was involved in the establishment of EuroWeb. He later was active in the field of managerial education. After successfully implementing a project to streamline corporate processes at Slovanet, he was nominated and named the company’s Executive Director in February 2013. |

Ing. Rastislav Faith (Chief Operating Officer) |

| He completed his studies at the Electrical Engineering Faculty at the University of Žilina, with a specialisation in telecommunications. He began his professional career at Slovenské telekomunikácie, a.s. as a technician. He then spent nine years at the mobile phone operator Orange where he was responsible for the design and planning of GSM and UMTS networks. He began working for Slovanet in 2008 as the Manager of the Department of the Network Construction and Maintenance. Since March 2011 he has been the Chief Operating Officer and manages the areas of telecommunications, IT, technical support, logistics and operator relationships. |

Mgr. Michaela Hercegová (Human Resource Director) |

| She studied at the Faculty of Philosophy at Comenius University with a specialisation in occupational psychology. She was active in a human resources and educational agency, later in a joint venture with American multinational corporation Molex, Inc. She first worked with Slovanet as an external consultant during the deployment of the human resources management system and later joined the company as its HR Director. |

Ing. Dušan Križan (Sales Director for Residential Sales) |

| Having studied company management at Economics University in Bratislava, he began working in the telecommunications sector in 2005 with customer care, product management and sales among his areas of focus while also holding management positions. He joined Slovanet in 2011 as the head of the sales department for residential customers. Mr. Križan has been the Sales Director for Residential Sales since its transformation into a separate organisational unit at the start of 2013. |

| Shortly after finishing his studies as the Electro-Technical and Informatics Faculty at Technical University of Košice, he founded the company AmiTel providing telecommunications services in Poprad and surrounding towns. After joining Slovanet in 2008 as a product manager, he was later promoted to head of the Product Management and Marketing Department. Currently he is the Director of Sales Support. |

| She has completed a number of management courses at Vienna University in addition to her university studies of economics in Bratislava. She earned a diploma in business and economics at the University of Antwerp, Belgium, and a Master of Arts degree at the University of Pittsburgh in Pennsylvania. She worked for several years in the banking sector. At Slovanet she holds the position of Financial Director. |
