| He completed his studies at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Information Technology at Slovak Technical University in Bratislava. He started his professional career in PVT Bratislava and later co-founded Slovanet, a. s., where he currently holds the position of Chief Executive Officer and is Chairman of the Board of Directors. Mr. Máčaj, with more than 10 years of experience in executive positions, is one of the most experienced managers in the telecommunications industry. |

Ing. Rastislav Faith (Chief Operating Officer) |

| Completed his studies at the Electrical Engineering Faculty at the University of Žilina. He began his career at Slovak Telecom as a technician. He then spent nine years at Orange Telecommunications where he was responsible for the design and planning of GSM and UMTS networks. He began as the Manager of the Department of the Network Construction and Maintenance. Actually he is Operations Manager and manages the areas of telecommunications, IT, technical support, logistics and operator relationships. |

| Finished her studies of occupational psychology at the Philosophy Faculty of Comenius University. She worked in a HR and education agency and later in a joint venture with an American multinational corporation, Molex, Inc. She started work for Slovanet first as an external consultant during the implementation of resource management systems, then she started work as the Director of Human Resources. |

Martin Kiss (Sales Director) |

| Graduated with a degree in management at the Open University in England. He has been a successful business owner and worked as a representative and IT consultant for Slovak companies and international corporations. During the early history of Slovanet he worked as a Key Account Manager. He has held a variety of positions in the company and began the department responsible for sales to important customers, which he also managed for three years. He is responsible for the development of corporate business activities and the management of all key account manager teams. |

| Completed his studies at the Economics Faculty of Matej Bel University in Banská Bystrica. He spent part of his studies at the University of the West of England in Bristol. He started at Slovanet in 2009 after nine years in various management positions at Slovak Telecom. At Slovak Telecom, he was most recently in the position of Manager of Mixed Sales Channels. He is responsible for the management of residential sales, product management, marketing communication and customer care at Slovanet. |
| Ing. Marta Rošteková, Phd. (Financial Director) |

| Attended a number of management courses at Vienna University in addition to her university studies of economics in Bratislava. She acquired a diploma in business and economics at the Belgian University of Antwerp and a Master of Arts degree at the University of Pittsburgh in Pennsylvania. She worked for several years in the banking sector. At Slovanet she holds the position of Financial Director. |
