EBITDA margin, one of the most important indicators of company performance evaluation, Slovanet increased from 17 ,4 % to the 20, 2 % the highest level to date, representing a 15 % increase.

The mergence of our company with the operator WiMax Telecom in 2011 brought us 8000 new clients and fully-owned infrastructure covering more than 200 000 households. The total coverage we managed to significantly expand about 280 000 households.

The results of our online survey showed that more than a third of parents caught their children browsing web pages with dangerous content. At the beginning 2011 we launched the information-educational portal www.bezpecnyinternet.sk with advices for parents and teachers to protect children from the dangers of internet surfing.

We are "green" company. During the last year we increase the number of clients who use electronic invoicing, its share rise over 80 % of total invoicing. This has resulted in reduced cost and a reduced environmental burden related to company services.

To ensure the highest value delivered to corporate customers we continuosly streamline provided complete communication solutions. The satisfaction of our corporate customers is evidenced by the fact that all of the tree Slovak health insurance companies use Slovanet services for corporate clients.

We deliver modern and often complex communications networks solution to our customers have been satisfied for long-term period. this is manifested especially by their loyalty to our company. We provide services to the earliest major client for 17 years.

During 2011, the optimalization of internal processes and the effort to increase the efficiency helped to decline cost from 25 ,82 milion euro to 23, 78 milion euro, representing almost 8 % reduction of operating cost.

Monthly we captured in postal systems of our customer nearly 7, 7 milion spam, for 2011 it was nearly 90 milion. We believe that by research project SPAMIA which increase the efficiency of antispam tools, we will contribute to reduce share of spam and also its social costs.

Slovanet modernized the equipment forming the core of its network. This invesment has resulted in a tenfold increase in transmission speed to 10 gigabits per second in more cities of Slovakia. We increased the capacity of connection to the internet to more than 40 Gbps.

Through regular coaching and training Slovanet has increased the expertise of call centre operators and the quality of customer service. In 2011, call centre operators answered 38 700 calls, representing an annual increase by 25 % and the level of service quality increased to 95, 6 %.

Despite of a slight decline of total revenue, Slovanet´s turnover of regular services was 24, 8 milion euro in 2011, representing 5 % increase. This revenue item is the most important for long-term stability and further development of company.

The total amount of input data traffic to the Slovanet network was 11 000 Tbyte and output network traffic was 2 900 Tbyte for 2011. At the current average speed connections the normal users transmit these data continuously for up to 1000 years.
